Here’s a couple of pieces of original art for sale through Wednesday’s Heroes. We have 2 pages of 11×17 sequentials and an 11×17 full-size John Carter:
I’m once again going to be set up in Artists Alley at Heroes Con in Charlotte, NC.
I’m sharing a table (AA-58) with the ever-awesome Jeremy Treece (I’m So Goth, Angel : After the Fall, Marvel Zombies Christmas, Fearsome as the Night ), so dropping by our table will assure you an amazing time.
I’ll be doing my usual thing, which is chatting with everyone I can, doing buttloads of con sketches, and hanging out in the hotel bar in the evenings. You are all required to buy me drinks. I’ll draw on napkins for you. Speaking of, I’ll also be sure to have sketchbooks, art, and prints for sale. Here’s a summary:
Con Sketch Advance List & Rates
All of my con sketches are completed on 11×14 bristol board, in greyscale copic marker. Generally the pieces are half figure, with little to no background. A sampling:
Rates at the Con will be $75. There are currently NO advance slots open. I want to stress that this does not mean my con sketch list is full (far from it!) Be sure to swing by my table at Heroes on Friday and we’ll see if there’s still room on the list at that time.
Artwork for Sale
I’ll have a limited amount of original art available for sale or pickup at the convention. You may select any image for a larger view. Pre-purchase requires payment in advance.
…and others! I’ll add to and update this list as Heroes Con draws nearer.
Prints & Sketchbook
I’ll have the remaining 10 or so copies of my last sketchbook, The Great Cat Nip!, available. It’s 24 pages, with a grayscale interior and full-color covers. It was limited to a print run of 50 copies, and will include a head sketch of your choosing, at approximately sketch card size. Only $10.
I’m also going to have each of my new 11×17 Princess of Mars: On The Arizona Hills prints available. I’m actually very proud of these, to be honest. They’re printed on an 80#, semi-glossy paper stock, and the colors are wonderfully vivid. I’m even keeping one for myself.
Below, from left to right, are the standard edition ($10), and the limited edition – only 20 numbered copies were printed, and will be signed and remarqued with a sketch of your choosing – only $25):
Contact Info & Payment Options
You may contact me directly via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), or privately via any of the social media sites you may be following me through. I’ll handle requests in order received, regardless of the platform you contact me on.
I’ll be taking credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover) and Paypal at Heroes Con via my iPhone using Square and the Paypal app. Good old fashioned cash is always accepted, with pleasure. Advance payments should be via Paypal unless previous arrangements have been made.
